Introduction
1.1. These terms and conditions govern your participation in the Savvy Mega Prize Draw (“the Draw”). By participating in the Draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Eligibility
2.1. The Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation.
2.2. Employees of Savvy and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Draw.
Entry Requirements
3.1. To enter the Draw, you must successfully complete the survey provided by Savvy
3.2. Only one entry per participant is allowed.
Prizes
4.1. The prizes for the Draw include:
One-year subscription to our software
A £100 supplier voucher
A one-hour Savvy call for 1-2-1 business coaching
4.2. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
4.3. The prizes are subject to availability, and Savvy reserves the right to substitute them with similar prizes of equal or greater value if necessary.
Draw Date
5.1. The winner of the Draw will be selected at random on the 1st of December 2023.
Winner Notification
6.1. The winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the Draw.
6.2. The winner must respond to the notification within fourteen (14) days to claim their prize. If no response is received within this timeframe, the prize may be forfeited, and a new winner may be selected.
Privacy and Data Usage
7.1. Savvy will collect and process your personal information for the purpose of conducting the Draw and contacting the winner. By participating in the Draw, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7.2. By participating in the Savvy Mega Prize Draw, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
7.3. In addition to the purposes outlined in Section 7 (Privacy and Data Usage), by entering the Draw, you also consent to Savvy adding your email address to our mailing list.
7.4. You may receive marketing communications, newsletters, and updates from Savvy via email as a result of being added to our mailing list.
7.5. You have the right to unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link provided in the emails you receive from us. Once unsubscribed, you will no longer receive marketing communications from us.
7.6. Savvy is committed to protecting your privacy, and we will not share your email address with third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
7.7. Your participation in the Draw is not contingent on your consent to receive marketing communications, and you may still enter the Draw without subscribing to our mailing list.
By participating in the Savvy Mega Prize Draw, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Data Usage and Mailing List Subscription section and our Privacy Policy.
General
8.1. Savvy reserves the right to amend or cancel the Draw or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
8.2. Savvy’s decision in all matters related to the Draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
8.3. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising from or in connection with the Draw shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
